Sliding Panels

Running louvers
Sliding blind panels are a special way of applying facade external blinds. The slats are mounted in panels. These panels are placed in a guide profile and installed in front of doors or windows. This design allows you to easily slide the window and door curtain aside and opens up the view and passage.
The blind slats are mounted in a fixed position in the panel. For example, at an angle of 45 or 60°. This is enough every summer, when the sun is high, direct sunlight does not enter the premises, but a sufficient level of daylight is maintained. On a partly cloudy day, you can push the panels aside and enjoy a full, unobstructed view and natural light.

Architectural solutions
Blinds also create aesthetic beauty. Sunshield blinds are always made to order and therefore can be of various shapes and colors. This gives the architect great freedom to create and implement his ideas. And you will have ample opportunities to stand out, because the shapes of facade blinds will not oblige you to choose simpler solutions – you will not adapt to the blinds, but the blinds will adapt to your architectural solutions. Non-standard blinds for all types of windows are one of the strengths of Sunshield.
Plenty of choice
Sunshield offers a wide range of aluminum and wood blinds. Aluminum blinds come in a wide range of colors. You can choose from powder coated or anodized slat colors. The most popular colors are in stock so orders can be placed faster. Wood slats are usually made from western mahogany. Wood blinds are available in several finishes and colors.

Sliding blind systems look charming
Sliding awnings with wooden 68 W blinds were developed for the Eelde-Paterswolde health center. The sliding panels are equipped with two guide profiles that allow the blinds to be pulled completely, or only the blinds covering the door. This solution allows only the door to be opened on sunny days, thus allowing a smaller amount of sunlight and heat to enter. On cloudy days, both the doors and windows can be opened, thus allowing the maximum possible flow of light from outside.
